How do I change my password?

We recommend to change your password once in a while. In addition, you should always make sure your password consists of different symbols, numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters. In this manual we show you how to change your password.

If you use an insecure and easy to trace password, a secure connection is not even helping. Your domain names and/or SSL Certificates are not safe in this case and can be changed or deleted by third parties in your own control panel.

A secure password consists of at least eight characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. One way to choose a secure and easy to remember password is by using a sentence. For example, use every first or last letter. To read more about secure passwords, go to 'How do I choose a secure password?'

You log into the web site, go to 'My Account' and select 'Change my details'.

Then choose 'Account'.

You will see your username. Enter your new password twice and click Save. Now you have a new password.

Note: Your password should consist of eight characters, including at least one digit and a capital character.
