• Start the Access Gateway Administration Tool
• Select Administration > Maintenance and click the button  "Launch Certificate Request Generator"
• Select "Administration" > "Generate CSR"
  • Enter the requested information
  • Country Code or the 2-letter land code like NL for the Netherlands or BE for Belgium
  • State or Province, for example "Noord-Holland"
  • Locality Name, your location, for example "Amsterdam"
  • Organization name, your company name, for example "Networking4all B.V."
  • Organizational Unit, optional, for example "ICT Department"
  • Common Name, domain name, for example www.networking4all.com
  • email address, e-mail address of the person responsible for SSL certicates, for example security@networking4all.com
  • Key Length, choose 1024
• Click "Create Certificate Request"
  

Save the CSR file on your computer, open it with Notepad, copy and paste the entire content in the enrollment form at Networkding4all.
