E-mail alias
How to create an e-mail alias
1) Logon to our Control Panel and go to "My domain names"
Select the appropriate domain name, like hieruwdomeinnaam.nl
2) Click the e-mail icon at the right side of your domain name to manage you e-mail
3) You can create two kinds of aliases A: an e-mail alias for an existing user (pop account) or B: an alias which will forward the mail to an external e-mail address like (yourname@hotmail.com).
A) - Enter your alias (in the below example 'verkoop'), and select a (pop account) name under receiver/forward
or
B) - Enter your alias (in the below example 'verkoop'), do NOT select a (pop account) name under receiver/forward (leave at Unkonwn) but instead enter the e-mail address to which the e-mail will be forwarded.
Click create to save the data.
4) In the overview below you see the receiver of a specific e-mail address, this is either a user (mailbox pop account) or an forwarding e-mail address.
