The invoices you have paid will not be displayed in the standard Invoice tab. The default view only displays unpaid invoices.


In order to select the paid invoices, select the filter (status).



Here you select the status "Voldaan"



If you click the "invoice number", or on the "magnifying glass", you can view the invoicing details and the related payment history.

1 - Invoicing details

Here you can view the invoicing details

1. Invoice number
2. Date of the invoice
3. Status of the invoice
4. Number of days the invoice was outstanding
5. Payment due date
6. Total amount of set-up costs for the products (once-only)
7. Total of recurring costs (recurring for each product period)
8. Total amount, exclusive of VAT
9. Total amount of VAT to be paid (depending on the product selection and/or whether you have to pay VAT)
10. Total amount to be paid, including VAT

2 - Product overview

Here you will find an overview of the products on the invoice

Description
This contains the description for the products/services that you have purchased.

Contact
This column is only intended for our resellers. This column displays the client name of the reseller.

Start date
The start date of the current period relating to this product/service.

Expiry date
The date until when the product/service is valid: For almost all products this period is automatically extended for the same period, unless the client sends a notification to the contrary.

Period
The period of the product/service, which can vary from one month to several years.

Number of units
The number of times that this product/service is purchased..

Set-up costs
Set-up costs of the product if any, charged once for the product. As soon as these have been invoiced, these should disappear from your product list.

Costs
The price of the product/service purchased.

Total
The total amount of the product, including any set-up costs, excluding VAT.

Number of products on page
With this you can select the number of products that you want to view on the screen: you can chose between 15 and 150 products per page.

Details
If a magnifying glass appears next to the product, you can click on it to view further details of the product.

3 - Payment details

Here you will find the payment details

1. Status ('paid' in this example)
2. Processing date (in this example, 14 December 2005, plus time)
3. Amount paid (in this example 72.00 Euros)
4. Payment date (in this example 14 December 2005)
5. The account into which you paid the invoice (in this example Rabobank 1943.69.579)
