Change invoice settings

Various invoice settings are available. For example, you can invoice for each site, you may specify a different invoicing address, and you can select a contact for each site. It is also possible to select a default invoicing language and specify whether you wish to be notified by e-mail about payment processing.

Change invoice settings

After logging on to our website, select "My account" in the menu. Your site(s) is (are) displayed.
Select the "edit icon" to change the settings for this site.



Specify separate invoicing address

You can now change the data for this site.



 You can specify an invoicing address that is different from the postal address. Don't forget to tick the box next to "Invoicing address" in order to activate this.

Contact (e-mail), language and payment settings

You can change the invoice settings at the bottom of this page.



Administrative contact
Here you can select an administrative contact (if you have several (secondary) sites, all contacts for these sites are also displayed here).
If the correct contact is not yet present in the system, you can create this contact. For information on how to do this, click here .

Language
Here you can select the invoicing language for all your invoices. All languages are offered. Currently, the following are available on the system: Dutch, English, German and French. If you select another language, you will receive your invoices in English.

E-mail regarding payment processing
If you wish to be informed by e-mail when your payment has been processed, you can activate this option. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of every payment processing (default setting for this option is "off").
