EV Wildcard
It is not possible to request an EV SSL certificate as a Wildcard certificate.
An EV SSL is issued according to the Extended Validation Certificate Guidelines, published by the CA/Browser Forum. These guidelines state that Wildcard certificates are excluded from EV SSL.
If you want to secure a small number of sub domains with your EV SSL certificate, you have the option to use a EV SSL certificate with SAN.
