I'm already a client of Networking4all, do I still have to sign up as a reseller?

No you don't. If you are an existing client and you have already access to our control panel, we will change your regular account into a reseller account. Just call our Sales Department or send an e-mail and provide us your account details and we will change it accordingly. 

Several of my clients are already listed in your system. Is it possible to add them to my reseller account? 

Yes it is. If you have the usernames and passwords of your clients, you can add them to your reseller account via the Control Panel. Just go to the Reseller tab > Add client > Add and fill in the username and password of your client(s). They will appear in the overview panel of the reseller tab.

Do I have to buy the products myself first, before I can resell them to my clients?

No you don't. One of the advantages of being a reseller is the ability to order products directly for and in name of your clients. You also can specify the invoice option to either yourself or the client, in other words we can send the invoice directly to your client or you get our invoice and you will charge your client separately.

Do I have to be an ISP or some kind of internet related company to become a reseller?

No you don't. Everyone can sign up as a reseller, either as a company or as a private person.  View here the different types of resellers who joint our reseller program.

Can I set my own prices for my clients?

Yes you can. If you send the invoice to your clients, you can charge them with whatever you like. But bare in mind that the profit for resellers is located in the discounts the reseller get when he sells a lot of products, rather then the price differences between himself, us and other resellers. 

Can I sell your products directly from my own website? 

Yes you can. Use our API and interact real-time with our systems, while maintaining your own branding and unique look and feel. Can I use my own name servers like ns1.myname.com and ns2.myname.com?

Yes you can. During the registration process of a domain name you can specify your own name server. Also through our Control panel you can manage all DNS records for every domain you have in your account. By using your own name servers your clients will not see that Networking4all is actually the provider.
