Control Panel

You will receive your account data directly after you submitted the reseller registration form. When you logon to our website you enter the Control Panel.

The Control Panel gives you an overview of your own account data, you can edit or add information, add clients and order products, follow the status of your orders, download invoices etc. Through the Control Panel you manage everything, so please have a look at the screenshots below to get familiar with the most used features.

After you logon you will see this Welcome screen.

Popular functions are listed as icons in the center of the screen. Use the navigation menu on the left for other functions. To return to the Welcome screen, click on the menu link My account.

My information

Control Panel

 

Click in the menu on the link My information to view your own account data and to add or edit the information. 

Click the tab Edit to change your address or contact information. 

Click the tab Account to change your password.

My relations 

Control Panel - Relaties

 

Click the link My relations in the navigation menu or click the Relations tab.

The location of your company is listed here, you can easily add an extra location or change the address of your company or provide additional information like your VAT number, bank account and your preferred language. Just click the icons on the right side of the specific relation.

 Add clients

Control Panel - Klanten

One of the first things you will do as a reseller is adding clients. Once you've added a client you can order the products for that client.

Go to tab Reseller and click on the link New client.

Each client has a unique Handle which will appear in the main panel below Reseller. Click the Edit icon on the right side of the Handle to change the invoice destination and/or language of the invoice. By default the invoice is send to the reseller and not to the client, but you can change that here.

 

  

 


Register domain names

Click in the menu on the link My domain names or click the tab Domain names. You will see an overview of your domain names. In the drop-down menu below Reseller select your client to see the domain names registered for that client only. 

Use the icons on the right side of the domain names for functions like: Cancel, Cancel renewals, Re-direct, DNS, E-mail etc. 

At the bottom you have the option Add, to register new domein names.

Request SSL certificates 

Control Panel Certificaat

 

Click the tab SSL Certificates. You will get an overview of all your certificates, sort or filter them by status or per client. 

Click New certificate to order a SSL certificate. Choose the certificate type you want to order and submit your CSR. 

 


Financials

 Control Panel Facturen

Click the tab Invoice to get an overview of all your invoices, paid or still pending. View the invoices per client / relation or sort them by invoice number. All invoice details are listed and all invoices are available for download as pdf. Each invoice is also send by e-mail.

Report system

 Control Panel Report

Use the automated report system for sending us requests, complaints or to report any system errors. All reports (your questions and our answers) and the status of the report are available through the link Report overview.

Click in the menu on the link New report to create one. 

For each new report you indicate the Type (the category) and the Priority (urgent or not so urgent).  When you set priority to Very High we will contact you a.s.a.p. Please use this only in really urgent matters.
