I uploaded my site but I can't see it on line?

Use the following file names for your internet start page or home page: index.htm, index.html, index.php or index.cgi. If it's called otherwise it will not be visible and will produce an error on your screen. The location of your start page is the root of your website which is the pub directory (pub_ssl), example: /www.yourdomain.com/pub/index.html

I have FTP access but I can not transfer any files?

Probably you are exceeding your disk space. Remove a few files on the server and try again to transfer a new file. You might contact us to upgrade your hosting package or to order extra disc space.

How do I control my database?

First you have to request a separate database account. Once you received your login codes go to:

You have to change (chmod) the permissions of the relevant directory to writable (777). Most FTP programs have the option to change the permissions of directories and files on the server. Usually you select 'file attributes' or 'properties' (or try right mouse click on the directory or file name) and select all checkboxes (read,write,execute) for Owner, Group and World or just fill in 777.
