A Sunrise phase 1 and 2 is planned for the ccTLD .sx. There is also a “Grandfather” period which is for current registrants of the ccTLD .an. Sunrise phase 1: From 3 May until 4 July 2012, trademark holders can rely on their name to register a domain name with their trademark. Sunrise phase 2: From 5 July until 4 September 2012, local organizations and entities can register a domain. Landrush phase: From 5 September until 4 October 2012. General Availability: As of 5 October, the General Availability begins and anyone can register a .sx domain name.
