Next, the domain name may not be identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which someone else has rights. Finally, it's not tolerated to register an ".info" domain with the purpose of reselling it, holding it so no one else can register it, disrupting the business of a competitor or to violate the right of third parties.
