http://www.eurid.eu/en/eu-domain-names/technical-limitations/supported-characters

- start and end with an alphanumeric character, not a dash.

The domain name with the suffix ".eu" may not be used in such way that it does not violate any third-party rights, applicable laws or regulations, including discrimination on the basis of race, language, sex, religion or political view. Besides that, the domain name may not be used in bad faith or for any unlawful purpose.

.eu is the country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for the European Union, and organisations and citizens of EU member states, which was launched on December 7, 2005. Trademark owners were able to submit registrations through a sunrise process (similar to the launch of .info), in an effort to prevent cybersquatting. Full registration started on April 7, 2006.

My personal details are visible in WHOIS
If an organisation owns the domain name in question it cannot remove its personal details from the WHOIS as organisations are obliged by European law to display their contact details.
To transfer the administration of a domain name from one registrar to Networking4all B.V.

  1. A transferrequest is made by filling in the domainname on our website and request an offer for this

  2. Networking4all then makes a transfer request via EURid. The request must be accompanied by the date on which the transfer will be executed. (If the date is set in the future, the transfer will be executed on that day or as soon as possible after that day, provided confirmation has been received from the registrant. If the date is the same as the date on which the transfer request was made, the transfer will be executed as soon as possible after confirmation has been received from the registrant.)

  3. On receiving this transfer request, EURid issues an automatic email to the registrant requesting them to confirm the transfer via the web interface.

  4. EURid must receive the confirmation of the transfer within a maximum of 14 days.

  5. If no confirmation email is received within 7 days of the transfer request, an email is sent to the registrar reminding him that the transfer is still pending and informing him that the transfer can also be confirmed by fax.

  6. If a confirmation is received from the registrant within 7 days of the reminder email being sent, the transfer is executed on the date specified.

  7. An email is then sent to the old and the new registrar to inform them that the transfer has taken place.

  8. If no confirmation is received then the transfer is cancelled and must be initiated again.

  9. Upon execution of a transfer command, a new 12 month term is started for the domain name. The new term will run from the moment the transfer is executed to the end of the month in which the transfer was processed of the following year.

note: You can speed up the transfer of your domain name by pre-approving the transfer with an authorisation code. By sending Networking4all an authorisation code when you make the initial transfer request, you automatically confirm the transfer of your domain name.
