"ties to Spain" include the following situations, among others: Individuals or legal entities established in Spain Individuals or legal entities who wish to aim all or part of their services at the Spanish market Individuals or legal entities who wish to provide information, services and/or products which are culturally, historically or socially linked with Spain. A domain name with the suffix ".es" can be registrated for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 years. |

The ".es" domain name has been registered or used in bad faith when: - The Defendant has registered or acquired the ".es" domain name primarily for the purpose of selling, renting or transferring any ownership of the ".es" domain name to the Plaintiff who holds Initial Rights, or to a competitor of the latter, for a certain value that exceeds the documented cost directly related to the domain name; or - The Defendant has registered the ".es" domain name for the purpose of preventing that the owner of Initial Rights from using the same through the domain name, as long as the Defendant has carried out an activity of that kind; or - The Defendant has registered the ".es" domain name primarily to disrupt the commercial activity of a competitor; or - The Defendant, by using the ".es" domain name, has intentionally tried to attract Internet users to their web page or any other, for profit, creating possible confusion as to the identity of the Claimant as regards the source, sponsorship, membership or promotion of its web page or of a product or service included on the web page; or - The Defendant has performed similar acts to the above, causing damage to the Plaintiff. IPv6 is not supported. |

It's possible to transfer a domain name to another owner. In order to transfer a domain name to another owner, the new holder should contact Networking4all. We're having a form, which must be filled in. Next, Networking4all will send the form to the registry, who will contact the current holder of the domain name. If the current holder agrees, the domain name will be transfered to the new holder. It's also possible to transfer a domain name to another registrar. In case the domain name holder wants to transfer his / her domain name to Networking4all, the domain name holder should contact Networking4all and tell us that you want to transfer the domain name to Networking4all. Next, Networking4all will start the transfer and the holder will receive an email from the registry, which must be confirmed in order to complete the transfer. |
