By his/her application, the Registrant warrants that the Registrant's reservation, registration
and/or active use of the domain name applied for does not infringe third-party trademark
rights or rights to names or other distinctive marks, and that, to the Registrant's knowledge,
the reservation, registration and/or active use are not otherwise contrary to this Agreement or
Danish law, including the regulations concerning good domain name practice in the Internet
Domains Act, Section 12(1).
