Procedure Sunrise

Networking4all will submit the request for Sunrise phase 1 for you to EURid on 7 December 2005. (Sunrise phase 2 on 7 February 2006) As customer you will receive a confirmation of this from EURid. This confirmation will specify the position in the queue at EURid of the domain name requested by you. The confirmation will also give you access to a form. You must complete this form in full and return it to PricewaterhouseCoopers, signed and with the requisite proofs (the address of PricewaterhouseCoopers is specified in this confirmation). When the forms have been received by PricewaterhouseCoopers you will get a confirmation of receipt from them.

The validation is carried out by PricewaterhouseCoopers. It is your sole responsibility to supply all documents correctly to PricewaterhouseCoopers and it is the sole responsibility of PricewaterhouseCoopers to decide whether a request is approved or not. Networking4all is not involved in digital delivery in this matter.

If a request is rejected, PricewaterhouseCoopers will proceed to process the following request in the queue (if there is one).

Should the request be approved, then it will remain in quarantine for 45 days; other parties can then still raise possible objections. After that period the domain name will automatically be activated. Should you have been in the queue in 2nd or 3rd position for the relevant domain name, then you will also be informed of the activation of this domain name.

All papers that are sent to PricewaterhouseCoopers are scanned in and sent on to the appropriate department within PricewaterhouseCoopers. The documents sent in must meet the following requirements:

  • Only the following paper sizes are valid:
    • o A4 (29.7 x 21 cm)
    • o Letter (27.94 x 21.59 cm)
  • Documents may not be fixed to each other (stapled, glued etc.)
  • The documents must be clearly legible
  • The pages must be numbered in ascending order, excluding the cover page
  • The documents must be printed on one side only
  • The documents may not have been re-touched or adapted
  • The documents must be supplied in the language indicated on Networking4all’s website (you can check this by logging on via www.networking4all.com, and clicking on “my relation”, after that on the small editing icon on the right: at the bottom you will then see the invoice language specified)
  • Paraph each page
